Your Account
When you place an order, you will automatically create an account. The username is your email address minus the domain name - for example if your email is bobsmith1@gmail.com - your username will be "bobsmith1". Once you have placed your order, you can log back in to check progress. You can also see previous orders which may help you make the correct decision regarding sizing.
Payment
Inline with recent changes to legislation, our payment portal (Opayo) uses a 3D Authentification system to protect your payments. This means that your account details (such as your address) must accurately match those on your payment account. You may also be requested to approve the payment using your credit or bank app. Once your payment has been made, you will receive confirmation of your order by email. Please ensure you check your spam folder if you have not received this confirmation.
SIZING
Ordering the correct size garment on the internet can be a daunting task, but hopefully this guide will help you make the correct decision. Bear in mind that children bodies are developing and you may have a tall, thin child; or a broad, short child. Therefore though the chest measurement may indicate they require a XS shirt, their height may indicate they should have the small shirt. To help size more accurately for a garment - we recommend you take an existing garment you own, lay it flat and then measure (a) from arm pit to arm pit; (b) from the top of the garment to the hem at the bottom; (c) the inside arm length. For trousers or shorts, measure (a) the waist and (b) the inside leg.

Returns
If you have ordered the incorrect size, you can return the item for a refund. We do not operate an exchange policy. You cannot return the match jersey, GK kit or bag as they are uniquely customised for your order. Due to health and hygene, you cannot return the base layer or socks. If these are returned outside of their packaging then they will simply be destroyed and no refund made. To return any other item, please download the Returns Form and complete. Then click on the link to visit our Royal Mail returns page. Please note that any returns must be made with 31 days of the initial order - this does not affect your statuatory rights. What if you have ordered for a Christmas present and your return will be outside of the 31 days? It will be down to our descretion, but in this circumstance it is most likely we will add a credit to your account.
Deliveries
Orders can take up to 15 days to process. When you place an order you will receive confirmation of your order by email and this will show the due date (the date by which your order will be despatched) on the top right hand corner. We hold stock of all the Prep School garments, however at certain times of the year we may experience pressure on stock in which case you may be offered an alternative sized garment or an extended due date. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or UPS Standard depending on the size of your order. Please ensure that you have provided us with a mobile number as our couriers will be in touch with delivery updates. We cannot be responsible for failed deliveries so please ensure you liase with the courier accordingly.
Key dates for your diary
10th December - last order date for pre-christmas delivery if you are thinking of Christmas presents!
29th - 31st March - Training Camp 1 (make sure you order by 17th March)
8th - 10th April - Training Camp 2 (make sure you order by 24th March)
12th July - Gothia Cup - last order date for the Gothia Cup (16th June)
